In charger applications when the car owner only uses the vehicle a few times a month or leaves the vehicle unattended for months at a time, the Summit II Charger provides a storage mode feature that will maintain the battery charge. This feature monitors the battery voltage and time between charge cycles and completes a charge when required. The average time interval between these storage mode charges is every 10 days. When a storage mode charger cycle is performed, it is logged by the charger and the user can view the results by using the ChargerConnect™APP to view the charge histories of the unit. This storage mode feature is available for all Flooded, AGM and GEL battery profiles and is active in all System profile configurations.

We designed our newest chargers to be compact and lightweight. They have universal AC input and external DC and signal connections to allow for easy integration on-board electric vehicles. Save all that room for your clubs and friends to ride along with you.
The IP66 rated Summit II doesn’t worry about water or debris like dirt or mud. It is sealed and uses natural convection cooling – built without a fan. The chargers also have a wide operating temperature range for use anywhere you want to be. You might want stay in when it gets cold outside but your golf car will be just fine.
Auto-voltage sensing models provide the ease of using one charger – including for customers using vehicles on different voltages. Plus the external terminal block makes changing the DC cordset a breeze. Now your only worry is determining what model NEV you want to purchase.
