Get the charging performance customers demand. Our proprietary Progressive DV/DT charge algorithm ensures your batteries are charged correctly. Our expert team works with top battery manufacturers to release charging profiles crafted to provide the best care for lead acid and lithium-ion batteries. These profiles are reviewed and tested in our C.E.C. (California Energy Commission) approved battery testing facility in Nebraska.
We designed our newest chargers to be compact and lightweight. Our charger needs to show off the same dexterity that your aerial device does. They have universal AC input and external DC and signal connections to allow for easy integration on-board if you need it and use anywhere in the world you want that cherry picker to ship.
The IP66 rated Summit II doesn’t worry about water or debris like dirt or mud. It is sealed and uses natural convection cooling – built without a fan. The chargers also have a wide operating temperature range. You might want to throw the guy going up some protective gear but no need to worry about your charger. it’s ready to go.
Auto-voltage sensing models provide the ease of using one charger – including for customers using equipment on different voltages. Plus the external terminal block makes changing the DC cordset a breeze. Now your only worry is determining how many scissor lifts are needed on that order.
The charger stores charge cycle history records that can be accessed conveniently anytime using the ChargerConnect app. The charger has a sophisticated storage mode that will monitor battery voltage and time elapsed to ensure your batteries stay properly charged and cared if your lift isn’t used regularly.
